3. Shipping Destinations:

• We ship to addresses within Lebanon and internationally.

4. Shipping Issues:

• Valenciere is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
• We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
• Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Address Changes:

• Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

6. Returns and Exchanges:

• Refunds are only available damaged goods after filing a claim at valenciere.info@gmail.com. After that, we will review your claim and let you know if you are eligible for a refund.
• Exchange is available for damaged goods or size exchange ONLY after contacting us through instagram or our email at valenciere.info@gmail.com.
